About Us

City Center is leading change through compassionate action in the heart of OKC.

Founded in 2016 by Jed and Julie Chappell, City Center brings relief and restoration to youth and families living in under-resourced neighborhoods of Oklahoma City.

Jed grew up living a reckless lifestyle as a drug dealer and criminal but grew to escape the cycle of poverty and violence he was exposed to. He later became a pastor committed to restoring lives in Oklahoma City.

Julie was once a single mother. She’s deeply passionate about giving dignity and support to single mothers and empowering them to become self- sufficient members of the community.

City Center is a safe place that youth and families rely on for vital support. Through powerful partnerships and support from faithful donors, we provide for essential needs including nutrition, hygiene, clothing, and more. Additionally, City Center offers community care initiatives including skills training, educational support, mentorship, and athletic activities for youth.

City Center Outreach, Inc is a 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We have been assigned EIN 81-4382319 by the Internal Revenue Service and can receive donations under this EIN.
